I was in a weird form of hunger games but I couldn't be touched inside my base. Once you step out of base you're free game to kill. Many of past and present people I'd known in my life were gathered around a table just off base and given a paper test. If they passed, they lived But we couldn't take in a wounded enemy, even if we had the resources. The map was magical and could display names of people who were alive and Dead across the land. I drew a line through one enemy name and he died but that didn't work on all of the names. I'm not sure why it did for him. Several times I tried to leave the base but there was always an enemy nearby trying to catch me so I could never leave. Then a man who had died in reality showed up over the plain asking for his medicine but I told him we didn't have them, he'd have to go back north to his base. He said if he didn't take them he'd die anyway so it didn't matter. I felt for him but I couldn't do anything.
